INTRAVENOUS CERTIFICATE COURSE

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

This course covers anatomy of the vascular system, identification of appropriate veins for IV use, infection control and safety, intravenous catheter insertion, monitoring and documentation of IV therapy, understanding of IV uses, and proper removal of the IV catheter.

Skill Practice

Upon completion of this course, students will have a Didactic Exam and a Skills Evaluation to earn their Certificate of Completion. 

​

COST OF THE COURSE: $385.00

​

The cost of this course must be paid in full when registering. 

​

Saturdays

8:30 am - 5:30 pm

REQUIREMENTS TO ENROLL:​

  • Provide copy of your current government issued picture ID

  • Provide proof of medical training or certification/licensure

  • You must have phlebotomy knowledge and experience
